Si ricorda alla Gentile Clientela che dal 1° Febbraio 2022 gli Sportelli 8 e 9 della Stazione Santa Maria Novella di Firenze saranno chiusi.
Le richieste di rimborso di titoli inutilizzati ATAF&LI-nea – ACV – AMV, con validità cessata al 31/10/2021 per subentro nuovo gestore, presentate oltre il termine del 31 gennaio 2022 (nostri avvisi n°21 del 19/10/2021 e n°23/21 del 19/10/2021) non saranno pertanto più accettate.

We remind our Customers that from 1st February 2022 the counters 8 and 9 of Santa Maria Novella station in Florence will be closed.
Requests for refund of unused ATAF&LI-nea - ACV - AMV tickets, with validity terminated on 10/31/2021 for the new management, submitted after the deadline of 31st January 2022 (our news n°21 of 19/10/2021 and n° 23/21 of 19/10/2021) will therefore no longer be accepted.
