For the purchase of ordinary, student and worker season tickets, the Busitalia Veneto badge is now available also in the digital format, which can be requested through the season ticket portal and the ‘Busitalia Veneto’ app.

The digital badge can only be purchased through the season ticket portal without physically going to the ticket office. At the time of purchase, you must fill in and enter all required information.

If you have never been a season ticket holder before or if your badge has expired after 3 years, you can request a new badge.

1. Go to the portal. If you already have an account on the ‘Busitalia Veneto’ or ‘MooneyGo’ apps, use the same credentials (username and password).

2. On the first screen, select the urban service or the inter-city route used.

3. On the next screen, select the type of season ticket and the period of validity.

4. Scroll down to ‘Register’ and carefully enter the number of the smartphone on which you will download the Busitalia Veneto app, which you will need to view your new digital ticket.

5. Once you have created your account, select ‘CREATE A BADGE’ and fill in the form with the required information. Upload a photo of your face only (without sunglasses or hats; if the photo is not compliant, the badge will be blocked). If it is a minor’s profile, complete also the “Parent/guardian data” section.

6. After entering your personal details, verify that your tax code is correct in order to access any tax deductions.

7. Choose a customer profile from the following:

• Employee: Reserved for employees only, self-employed workers are excluded from this category.
• Student: Enrolled in legally recognised schools/educational institutions, up to the age of 26.
• Ordinary.

The digital badge is currently not available for reduced fare profiles.

8. Now, your badge is ready and you can purchase it by clicking on “Purchase badge”, or you can purchase it along with your first season ticket, by selecting “Purchase season ticket”. The digital badge’s price is € 10.00 and is valid for 3 years.

If the applicant is the parent/guardian of a minor, the mobile phone number of the minor holder of the season ticket must be indicated after purchasing the badge and the season ticket.

When travelling, show the digital badge in the “Busitalia Veneto” app. Screenshots, copies or purchase confirmation e-mails are not valid.

The digital badge is personal, valid 3 years from the date of issue, and issued exclusively on the Busitalia Veneto season ticket portal. The digital badge allows ordinary, student and worker season tickets to be purchased through Busitalia Veneto's digital channels (season ticket portal and Busitalia Veneto App).
