In order to purchase a season ticket for Busitalia Veneto transport services, you must first apply for a badge, which is valid for three years. Follow the steps below to purchase a season ticket at Busitalia Veneto ticket offices.

      Fill in the form

      Obtain the badge request form:

      Fill in all the required fields carefully, following the instructions on the form. Please note that anything you declared on the form is self-certified, and any false statements are punishable under the law.

      Pay attention to some important information:

      • Adding your phone number is strongly recommended, in the event that the Busitalia Veneto offices need to contact the ticket holder in the shortest possible time (e.g. requesting clarifications about the data filled in, returning any lost property, traced back to the ticket holder).
      • Signatory details: enter the ID number, date of issue and expiry date.
      • Enter the names of the actual boarding and alighting stops for the connection requested. You can find the name on Busitalia Veneto bus stop stands and/or on the relevant timetable. The relevant ticket office will make the conversion from the stop used to the fare unit stop, based on the regulations in force. If you are uncertain about your destination stop, you can ask your local ticket office for advice.
      • Indicate only one category to which you belong. For students, employees or shift workers, indicate the name of the school/educational institution attended or the company name. The student category is eligible until 26 years of age. If you are not an employee (e.g. freelancers), you must choose the 'ordinary' category. Please note that the choice of category pertains to the worker’s status, regardless of the employee, regardless of the offer of public holiday transport on the requested connection.
      • Date and sign the form 4 times, both for self-certification purposes and to consent to the processing of personal data (5 times for the parent/guardian, if the season ticket holder is a minor).

       

      Attach all required documents

      Attach the required documents to the form:

      • For 'shift workers': a copy of the employer's declaration stating that the employee is required to work on public holidays. For public employees (hospitals, local health authorities, etc.), a self-certification form is available, while private employees require a statement from their employer.
      • For customers availing themselves of the reduced fare, pursuant to R.L. 19/96: a copy of the valid L.R. 19/96 regional facilitation card.

      Attach a recent passport photo to the form using glue or transparent adhesive tape in the space provided.

       

      Handing in the form at the ticket office

      Hand in the completed form and any attached document at any authorised Ticket office. Upon payment of the prescribed fee (€ 10.00), the ticket office will issue a provisional badge. You can immediately purchase your first season ticket.

      Within two to three months, you can collect the final badge at the same Ticket Office that issued the provisional badge. You should purchase the season tickets at same Ticket Office, at least until you collect the final badge/smart badge.
      Once you have received the smart badge, you must present it with every season ticket purchase.
