Trip cancellation before the departure time is always allowed on the busitaliashop.it website and entitles you to obtain a voucher of equal value that can be used on the busitaliashop.it platform.
To cancel the trip, go to www.busitaliashop.it, click on "Plan Trip", then on "Retrieve Ticket"; enter the ticket details and then select the "Cancel" button.
In case of cancellation before the scheduled departure time, the Company will issue a voucher, including all additional charges incurred for the purchase of the ticket.
Cancellation vouchers can be used for the purchase of:
Transport services and/or ancillary services even if the price exceeds the value of the voucher, with the payment of the price difference;
Transport services and/or ancillary services even if the price is less than the value of the cancellation voucher, with the waiver of the remaining value.
Cancellation vouchers cannot be combined with each other or with different types of vouchers.
The transport service and/or ancillary services purchased through a cancellation voucher will be subject to the usage, refund, and exchange conditions provided for the type of Busitalia services purchased.
