The Busitalia - Sita Nord S.r.l. website (hereinafter the Website) is designed to provide users with institutional information concerning the Company structure.
Access to and navigation on the website imply complete acceptance of these conditions. Failure to comply with its provisions may lead to access being blocked and - should any breach of the law emerge - to a report to the competent authority.

Any other brand name or distinctive mark which may appear on the pages of the Website belongs to their owners.
It is expressly forbidden to reproduce or use, in any context, form or manner, brand, logos or distinctive marks of Busitalia - Sita Nord S.r.l. or of other companies belonging to the FS Italiane Group. Unauthorised reproduction and, more in general, use of brands and distinctive marks are not only an offence under civil law, but may in certain cases be a crime punishable under criminal law.
The name “Busitalia”, all the names or brands or distinctive marks of Busitalia and of Gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane present on the Website and any other name associated with them may not be used, either in part or whole, as names of internet domains or other websites, or as part of domain names.
Brands, textual distinctive marks and more generally, terms which can in any case be referred to the latter may not even be contained within the html codes of the pages of other websites: it is in fact forbidden to use them as metadata (meta-tags, keyword-tags, etc.) by parties other than the company Busitalia and the FS Italiane Group.
Any kind of link to the Website must avoid harming the image or business of Busitalia or of the FS Italiane Group.
