All tickets are valid only after being validated, before the next stop after the one where you boarded. Tickets are personal, non-transferable and must be kept intact and recognisable until you get off the bus. They can be used within one year of purchase, and up to three months after each fare update.

A Family Ticket can be purchased for a family of 5 people (2 adults and 3 children under 12), and is valid for 6 hours after its validation. For the ticket to be valid, one child up to 12 years of age and at least one accompanying family member (i.e. a parent, grandparent, sibling, uncle, aunt or other family member) must always be present. There cannot be more than two adults, and if there is only one adult, there can be up to four children.

A Silver Ticket is valid only with a Senior Card (valid for adults older than 65), and it can be used every day from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm, even on public holidays.

A Silver Day Ticket is valid only with a Senior Card and can be used on the day it is validated. A TU1 Silver Day Ticket is only for Padua residents. A TU2 Silver Day Ticket is only for Blue Zone residents (Abano Terme, Albignasego, Cadoneghe, Limena, Noventa Padovana, Ponte San Nicolò, Rubano, Saonara, Selvazzano Dentro, Vigodarzere, Vigonza, Villafranca Padovana).

The Senior Card, required to use Silver Tickets, must be purchased at Busitalia Veneto ticket offices. It is valid for one year and costs €3.00.
