New local transport service management

From 1st November 2021 the local public transport service in Tuscany is managed by Autolinee Toscane S.p.A.

From 1st November 2021 new management for local public transport services

With Delibera di Giunta n°860 of 09/08/2021, from 1st November 2021 the public transport service is managed by the company Autolinee Toscane S.p.A., awardee of the tender for the management of Tpl services for the entire Tuscany Region.

Busitalia remains operational in Tuscany with its services The Mall by Bus and Volainbus - Firenze Airlink.

Tickets validity

Tickets, carnets and monthly passes issued by ATAF&LI-NEA, ACV and AMV expire on 31/10/2021. Multi-monthly passes (quarterly, 10-month student and annual) with expiration after 31/10/2021 will continue to be valid until the expiry date set by the travel document.

Payment of administrative penalties

From 1st November 2021 to 31/01/2022 the payment of administrative sanctions issued by ATAF&LI-NEA, ACV and AMV can be made:

  • at counters 8 and 9 of the SMN station of Florence upon presentation of the report;
  • by postal current account or by bank transfer, indicating the number of the report in the reason for payment

CARTA UNICA TOSCANA

From 1st November 2021 it will still be possible for Unica Toscana owners to use the www.fsbusitaliashop.it portal to consult the order history and download payment receipts.

Complaints and reports

Reports and complaints about the service will be managed by Busitalia - Ataf in relation to inefficiencies that occurred up to 31st October 2021.

For inefficiencies occurring up to 31st October 2021, fill out the dedicated form, specifying whether it is an urban or suburban service.

Protection of personal data

According to Legge Regionale n°42/98 and in order to guarantee the continuity of the service by the new management, Ataf Gestioni Srl, Ataf&Li-nea Scarl, Busitalia - Sita Nord Srl, ACV Scarl and AVM Scarl, Data controllers Customers' personal data, are required to transmit such data to Autolinee Toscane S.p.A. who, therefore, will in turn assume the role of Data Controller of the transmitted data.

Refund of unused tickets

Unused ATAF&LI-NEA, ACV and AMV tickets and no longer valid as of 31/10/2021 can be refunded from 2/11/2021 to 31/01/2022, at counters 8 and 9 of the SMN station in Florence.

Refund method: exchange of unused tickets with tickets of the new Autolinee Toscane operator and, where this is not possible, the equivalent amount is returned in cash or by bank transfer (for amounts over € 50,00).

Customers in possession of Covid-19 Vouchers not yet redeemed on 31st October 2021 can request a refund from 2/11/2021 to 31/01/2022, at counters 8 and 9 of the SMN station in Florence.
