EU Regulation No. 181/2011 of February 16, 2011, lays down passengers’ rights in transport by bus. Pursuant to Art. 25(1, 2) of the above Regulation, information regarding passengers’ rights is provided on the company website and is also posted at the carrier’s terminals.
Railway transport
EU Regulation No. 782/2021 of April 21, 2021, lays down rail passengers’ rights and obligations. Pursuant to Art. 30 (1, 2) of the above Regulation, information regarding passengers’ rights and obligations is provided at the station, on the train and on the website.
